Having conquered her own struggles with food and body image, Caylee is on a mission to help women regain control over their nutritional habits and build strength to feel empowered and confident. With a focus on functional training and holistic wellness, Caylee's favorite exercises, Romanian deadlifts and Dumbbell shoulder presses, reflect her commitment to balanced fitness.
